I think this is very true. Because I have had the intention of being healthy at many points in my life (I have also had the intention of going blonde, of running ragnar (still plan to) of unpacking my house like a mad women (instead of blogging) and many other things) The biggest difference is that when I set myself in the right direct things actually get done. Direction means movement intention means thoughts. I believe you need both, but only direction will get you to where you want to be.
