I drank AT LEAST 120 ozs of water every day ALL WEEK LONG!! I'm so excited that I started paying attention to my water intake again! I have found that my body feels better overall and that I am able to put MORE into my workouts and getting more results because I can push harder!! I LOVE WATER!! AND I DID IT!!!! Hmm... I wonder what tomorrow's challenge will be? ;o)
I drank 160oz every day accept for one where I got around 120. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Planning on keeping it up. Bring on Challenge number two! =)
I drank arround 160 oz a day. Somedays a little less some a little more. The hardest thing about it was feeling like I almost lived in the bathroom! But I adjusted. I do plan on keeping it up through the comp. Funnything is I tried to drink a diet soda one day during the week and it tasted nasty to me. The water was much welcomed after that!
I am so amazed at this weeks results! I drank at least 70 ox eveyday and most days MORE! This is the first time I have EVER drank water by choice and I dranks so much, haha
I can brag today too.. I have honestly drank 100-120 oz of water all week, and love how I feel. I agree with the water intake everyday seems to push myself to work harder during my curves workout. I love challenges, cant wait to see what #2 brings!
I've enjoyed this challenge! I'm excited for a new one to be added to the mix! I did well! I drank all three of my bottles all but 2 days! I didn't do as well the days my hubby was home from work. I tend to do better all around when he's at work and the 'at home' schedule is more structured. THANKS KARI!!!
i'm sure i got 64 everyday somedays close to the 90oz.
which is huge for me!! a year ago, prior to WW, i didn't drink ANY water during the day, maybe a few cans of soda or milk at meals. and that was it!!!!
now, i know a difference. i can feel when i haven't had enough water & actually CRAVE IT!
I cant totally say I did this challange! I do it everyday anyways so this was nothin! I did the same thing I had a drink of a diet soda and it was not the same taste I remember. I was kind of excited! I drank about 175oz of water a day!!! except one day I drank 160!
